Anyone who is 25-100 years of age and able to listen and communicate. No specific backgrounds or skillsets are needed for you to attend. You will however need openness, a moderate amount of energy, and to have a keen interest in learning.
You will also be expected to be kind to others and engage in pair and group activities involving respectful physical contact.
Elderly, athletes, injured adults, post-natal mothers, therapists and coaches will particularly benefit from this workshop.
